Food photography / styling.

I create recipes and provide consultant chef services. Some projects I have worked on to date include creating recipes for a new concept store, creating a concept ice cream menu for a new bar and eatery, re-designing/creating dessert menus, implementing new dessert menus in restaurants and training staff, recipes for new product advertising, developing and testing recipes for publications.

I also provide food styling and photographic services. When photographing food I use natural light and minimal styling to capture the true essence of the subject.
