So pleased to announce another raw desserts workshop! In this workshop I will be demonstrating four raw dessert recipes including one smoothie, I will be highlighting the benefits of eating raw food and what you need to consider when buying and using raw ingredients (including activating nuts and melting raw ingredients). I will discuss unrefined and whole food sugars, why they are the preferable choice and how to use them in everyday recipes.
The workshop will include demonstrations (and lots of samples!) of the following recipes:
Raw white chocolate with almonds and raspberries
Raw chocolate and vanilla coconut swirl cheesecakes
Raw chocolate avocado mousse
