In this raw desserts workshop I will talk about the difference between refined and unrefined, whole food sugars, and how to use the most accessible and affordable in everyday recipes. I will be highlighting the benefits of eating raw food and what you need to consider when making it (including how to soak nuts and seeds). I’ll discuss the benefits of smoothies and share my hints and tips so that you can create your own delicious, healthy smoothies at home.
The workshop will include demonstrations (and lots of samples!) of the following recipes:
Raw chocolate avocado mousse
Raw chocolate & raspberry brownies
Flavoured cashew milks
Layered chia pudding
Raw cacao smoothie
Every participant takes home a great bag of gifts and special offers and a copy of all the recipes.
