In this workshop I will talk about refined vs unrefined sugars, and how to use the most accessible/affordable unrefined sugars in everyday recipes. I will highlight the benefits of raw food and what you need to consider when making it (including soaking nuts and seeds). Lastly I’ll discuss smoothies and share my hints and tips so that you can create your own delicious, healthy smoothie recipes at home.
I will be demonstrating the following 6 recipes along the way (and everyone will get plenty of tasters):
Raw chocolate avocado mousse
Raw chocolate & raspberry brownies
Flavoured cashew milks
Layered blueberry chia pudding
Raw cacao & spiced banana smoothie
Everyone will also go home with a fabulous goodie bag featuring ingredients used in the workshop and a copy of all the recipes.
